Dr. Connie Nguyen graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Microbiology. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry from The New England College of Optometry. She has worked at The NECO Center for Eye Care, Perkins School for the Blind, West Roxbury Veterans Hospital, and other community health centers. Dr. Nguyen speaks both English and Spanish.
Dr. Nguyen is known for her gentle and engaging demeanor, vibrant personality, and thoroughness. Her specific areas of interest include dry eye, contact lenses, and various retinal pathologies as well. Dr. Nguyen is certified to perform Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and Radiofrequency (RF) treatments for dry eye.
During her free time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys cooking, making jewelry, exploring the city, and spending time with family and friends.
